I
grew up in the master planned community of Sugar Land Texas, where
I was surrounded by real estate, homes sales, and land development.
My mother worked for the developer of the area, Sugar Land Properties.
She also did work for the "Information Center of Sugar Land",
Sweetwater Country Club and the Sweetwater home sales center.
I had real estate in my blood. Growing up, I worked my way up
through many of the same companies. I worked for SPI, did
administrative
work for the Sweetwater homes sales office, and later, when I
turned 18, I worked under one of the realtors who opened the new
master planned community of Avalon. I learned the processes of
buying lots, building homes, and worked closely with seven different
builders, who each had their own style. I left Avalon to go to
school at Sam Houston State where I received my associate's degree.
I later moved to Dallas where I started a job at the Grand Treviso,
leasing luxury, high-rise apartment homes. Although it had some
similarities to home buying, it provided me with a new prospective
of living. I caught on quickly and my capture rates were excellent.
I was also responsible for leasing several of our penthouses,
some of which were very high-profile clients. I believe that my
vast experience and willingness to give people my undivided devotion
will help me become a huge success to others, as well as myself. |
